”The hotel was lovely. The reason to stay over in Holbrook is the petrified forest.”

”The staff was great, nice and clean, But…. The hot tub jets weren’t working and our bathroom sink was plugged solid. As we were only overnight we reported it on check out. The cleaning staff in hotels need to do a better job of reporting things like that as they are the eyes in the rooms ”

”No one in office, could not check in”

”A dirty sock was found in our bed! The carpets had not been vacuumed, the door latch did not work and the extra broken parts were on our vanity. The clerk was notified and we were told there were no other rooms available and were not compensated monetarily either. The room was $140! We have stayed several times at this Baymont and enjoyed it but never again”

”It was okay for stopping to rest. Breakfast consisted of some cereal, toast, and an apple. In the room, the coffee maker was in the counter by the sink where it usually is but no outlet! The closest one was by the bed. Had to dry and flatiron my hair away from the mirror, near the bed. The outlet had been covered with a blank cover. The room was clean and smelled nice. The $15 pet fee was reasonable. It said to call to make sure there was a pet room available but when I called it was AI and it...

”This motel was outdated and harmfully our first room smelled like tobacco and toilet was dirty (there was sh** on the toilet)… Receptionist were understanding and gave us a new smellfree and sh*t free room😅 Breakfast was free and very basic. Waffles were a nice addition to basic breakfast. ”

”Arrived to check-in a little late. Check in was fine, however it would have been nice to know ahead of time that the motel had no TV and internet was down. I'm extremely irritated having to pay forva room with vital services. I was put in room #109 which ended up being a handicap room(which I absolutely did not request) Additionally the room was seperated by a door I could hear the next door guests conversations very clearly (which not having a TV made everything exponentially worse) VERY...

”The breakfast menu was okay. It was just basic foods that could be microwaved (eggs - likely boxed, bacon, yogurt, muffins, cereal, bagels, bread, and English muffins. They also had a pancake dispenser, which was unique. The room was decent, but we found a Trojan wrapper in the bathroom on the ceiling air vent. The hotel was a short drive to the Petrified Forest National Park. We drove in from Texas and the hotel was great for our overnight stay. ”

”Nice and clean facility. Conveniently located walking distance from a diner. The surrounding property is a bit sketchy and someone has a rooster. Needless to say, I didn't sleep in much. ”
