”This was our second time staying at Sedona Pines. Last year we loved our stay even if the cottage was also a little outdated. This time the atmosphere had changed and we did not enjoy our stay that much. The cottage is still nice, even if more outdated, but ours needed a lot more cleaning. There was a pool party which continued even after the pool was supposed to be closed. No supervision at the resort. Marijuana smelled everywhere and made us sitting outside the cabin unconfortable. ”Junipine Resort was disappointing overall. Unfortunately, the unit we were assigned was completely filthy, old, and felt like it had not been updated or properly maintained in decades. The furniture was worn, the carpets had dark stains throughout, the stove had inches of dust on it, and there were broken lamps in the unit. For the amount they are charging, the condition of the accommodations was simply unacceptable. The one thing this resort truly has going for it is the location. The scenery...

”Staff was awesome, the park was perfect. You wouldn’t realize your in the middle of Kingman when you wake up if you didn’t already know it. The room and all facilities were well maintained. Highly recommend.”

”The house was very clean and cutely decorated. Brand new! We appreciated the use of the grill, fire pit, and outside tables. Darling spot close to Grand Canyon and the town of Williams.”

”Worst experience in a long time. The place is completely off grid (no electricity/ water)! Only 4 toilets and 3 showers for 50 tents. There should be at least a mention about this?? This is not glamping, this is just over priced camping area with no services.”
