”The home was very clean and roomy for our group of 7! We felt right at home with waking up to hearing the rooster crow! The kitchen was clean and usable. Loved the openess of the layout, so we could all be together and not feel like we were on top of each other. We also loved the location! ”We loved the convenience of the location. It was so easy to get anywhere. The restaurants were great too. Loved the Grand Canyon, but Walnut Canyon was spectacular. The house provided safe refuge for our whole family of 6. The only thing we didn't care for was no AC but the very cool Flagstaff nights provided ample coolness and we closed everything up during the day, so it was not an issue. Great property. Everything we needed for a great Family vacation. Great Host”

”We loved our stay! Courtney was very communicative and took our feedback really well which was greatly appreciated. It was a beautiful house, and we had a lovely stay. The yard was a bit overgrown for our dog during our stay (the only reason why cleanliness is at a four, because it was quite a bit of weeds that got stuck on our dog) but otherwise the house was extremely well taken care of and everything was veryClean and straight forward with what was expected of us during our stay. "A very nice, but obviously a bit pricey accommodation. Our room was a short walk from the reception, general store and bus stops. There was a power outage when we arrived and it lasted for several hours. I would’ve liked to get more info from the staff about it. Breakfast was not included in the room price, which is always a bummer. Also the sound proofing in the rooms could use and update: we could clearly hear our upstairs neighbours walking in their room and I woke up to it. You could also hear clearly everything from the hallway. But Grand Canyon is so absolutely spectacular that you gladly deal with a power outage and bad soundproofing to get to see the canyon. "
