”This was our second time staying at Sedona Pines. Last year we loved our stay even if the cottage was also a little outdated. This time the atmosphere had changed and we did not enjoy our stay that much. The cottage is still nice, even if more outdated, but ours needed a lot more cleaning. There was a pool party which continued even after the pool was supposed to be closed. No supervision at the resort. Marijuana smelled everywhere and made us sitting outside the cabin unconfortable. ”Absolutely a beautiful peaceful place to visit. Brissa made our stay fantastic. Incredibly helpful and accommodating. Place was so quiet at night. Each morning we were able to go over to the clubhouse and have a delicious homemade omelette, French toast, cookies, fresh fruit. The entire staff was so friendly they made our anniversary trip very special.”

”The addressin is misleading, it leads to a locked gate, which from you cannot enter the resort. At the gate should be directions to check-in, but the box where they should have been was empty. At least there was a phone number, where you had to call to get directions to the check-in point.”

"A very nice, but obviously a bit pricey accommodation. Our room was a short walk from the reception, general store and bus stops. There was a power outage when we arrived and it lasted for several hours. I would’ve liked to get more info from the staff about it. Breakfast was not included in the room price, which is always a bummer. Also the sound proofing in the rooms could use and update: we could clearly hear our upstairs neighbours walking in their room and I woke up to it. You could also hear clearly everything from the hallway. But Grand Canyon is so absolutely spectacular that you gladly deal with a power outage and bad soundproofing to get to see the canyon. "
