”The room we were given had a smoke smell but we we soon given another room that was fine. Everything worked well. Breakfast ok -- except for the all-too-common plastic cutlery and plates -- not ecological. ”

”Staff that was cleaning and doing renovations was kind of nosey. When we left to go to lunch before i left for work one of them was pretending to be cleaning in the hall but we could tell he had been listening at the door. My company felt very uncomfortable as we left to eat lunch and did not return to the room until I got off saying the men made her feel weird and unsafe.
As for the front desk staff they was very professional and got us checked in and out without any issues.”

”Our room was clean and all the staff we interacted with were good.
The Wifi was terrible and I couldn't get a 5 or 4G data signal anywhere on the property.
The breakfast was awful. All the fruit had a chemical taste like it had been sprayed or washed with hand sanitizer. The eggs were cold and very hard. The coffee options were regular and regular with just whole milk. I expected better with it being something you had to pay extra for.”

”We liked the location of the hotel as it was close to all of the places we visited in Williamsburg.
The staff was very helpful and the cleaning lady who was assigned to our room was friendly and did a good job of cleaning our bathroom every day and replenishing our towels. We were concerned, though, that there was no non-slip mat in the bathtub.
Additionally, we were disappointed to find that the white socks we wore in the room were black dirty after wearing them for the three nights we...
