”Extremely disappointed. Our stay was one of the worst we’ve had in a while. From the moment we checked in, we knew it was a mistake. They don’t advise you beforehand that the actual property is a mile and a half away from the main gate and that they don’t allow Ubers into the property nor do they offer a ride to the main gate (despite being a golf resort). ”Staying at this location was the worst decision. My sister and I planned for our husband’s a Father’s Day weekend for the pool walk out room. The pool area to our room was nasty and dirty. The room smelled of mildew. No hot water one day for me and the next day no hot water for my sister’s room. TV remote didn’t work and it took maintenance over an hour to come check. Went to take shower and no wash cloths. Called and called front desk and no one would answer so husband went to the front desk....
