”We loved the hotel but had serious problems with accessibility. The rooms do not meet ADA standards. If you use a wheelchair or power chair it will be very difficult, or impossible, to use the bathroom. The manager was very helpful and staff great but the hotel needs refurbishment and upgrading to greatly improve access for people with disabilities.”

”We had a condo overlooking the creek and with a view of the mountains. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The in-room fireplace was also a romantic touch. The location is excellent if you like peace and nature, but still being only a block away from the main strip of restaurants and activities. RiverStone is also very close to Dollywood and Dolly's Stampede theater. We found it well worth the cost and will be back next time...
