”Needed a budget place for just sleeping in a central Chicago. For that purpose excellent choice due its location (metro + walking distace everywhere). Quiet+clean hotel and safe location. The attached pub on the street level is nice. Would come next time for a similar trip.
Would need a bit of renovation already and definitely more power sockets around the room table ;) Some coffee to go and small stuff to eat in the lobby during mornings would be great. ”

”HVAC system is terrible. It malfunctioned for 2 out of 5 days we were there. Staff didn’t offer anything other than telling us it was being fixed. The room was ultimately too warm and humid for comfort and sleeping. Would not stay there again.”

”Booked hotel for a conference I was attending, Picked due to location description. Yes centrally located but in the middle of a busy street with a $85 daily parking fee. And on top of that a $25 daily resort fee!! Staff were not helpful, Valet attendants and reception desk gave us wrong information about a parking spot just 4 minutes walk from the location. They told us that there is no in and out privileges at the parking garage and best if we parked with the valet only. Which was a totally...

”Generally speaking, we had a wonderful stay! The window seats were a BIG hit for us all and we spent many hours sitting in them, watching people, cars and boats. The location could not be beat and we were able to walk just about everywhere. The river is literally steps away.
