”Hotel is newish, very clean and in very good condition. Room size was good, good amount storage space is available, bed was really comfortable. TV has Chromecast, which would enable me to watch eg. Netflix really easily. Very cool, if you go to Andermat to watch TV. Breakfast was really good quality and wide selection. If I was on a business trip, I'd love this hotel. ”The hotel is nice abd rooms clean. The only thing was that the bed is terrible. I read earlier some comments about their beds, but did not think it could be this bad. Did not have a good sleep in this hotel. I was still awake at 4am.. Safety box was not working and they did not come to fix it even tho they promised twice. ”

”This is a resort with beautiful facilities & grounds. Dining options including breakfast were excellent. The inside dining room & outside were exactly what you would expect of a top of the line Swiss resort. Driving to anywhere along Lago Maggiore is just beautiful with stunning mountain vistas that take your breath away. Bellanzona with its 3 castles, Coripo is for the VERY adventurous but worth every minute of a trip. All these are a short drive from the resort.”

We did reserve a room with a view of the water but really couldn't see it.and a high floor but got 2nd floor which was fine. Beautiful little courtyard.
