”Loved everything about our stay! Very friendly and lovely staff. Location was beautiful and private up on the mountain. Also very good indoor spa and outdoor pool areas.”

”The best!!!”

”Nice old building. Great service. Privat Spa was good experiment. Breakfast was superior”

”Very beautiful and cozy hotel! Our room had a great view to the garden and Lugano lake. Spacious room, which was very clean and pleasant, it had a nice balcony. There was an excellent pianist playing in the lounge whole evening on Saturday night. Hotel is situated by only 20 minutes walk from the city center and there was a free bus connection frequently going to city center. We recommend the hotel and would like to visited soon again. ”

”Luxurious breakfast, clean beautiful room. We were upgraded into a better room with 2 bedrooms. Awesome. ”

”The location right at the lake is amazing and the view from hotel room balcony magnificent. Overall service by the staff was good and everything worked smoothly. The only downside is the high (Swiss) prices at hotel restaurants and bars. Apart from that this hotel really become one of our favorites.”

”Nice”

”Very nice hotel and personnel. Location and views to the lake were very good, room was spacious and clean. Food in the restaurant was very good, too. Personnel were helpful and attentive with a positive attitude.”

”The hotel is nice abd rooms clean. The only thing was that the bed is terrible. I read earlier some comments about their beds, but did not think it could be this bad. Did not have a good sleep in this hotel. I was still awake at 4am.. Safety box was not working and they did not come to fix it even tho they promised twice. ”

”We had a very pleasant stay at hotel Federale. Hotel was clean and the location was perferct! Also nice breakfast and friendly staff! Although the church nearby was a bit loud cause they were ringin bells quite often.. but it was only during the eastertime.”

”Easy, clean and spacious.”

”Convenient location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and beds.”

”Kiva hotelli, rauhallinen, siisti allasalue. Ainoa miinus oli aamupala, jossa ruokailtiin yhdessä lintujen kanssa. Henkilökunnalle täydet pisteet.”
