”Beautifully maintained heritage property ! Comfortable room and amenities .( Only negative point was lack of hot water in the evening so on late arrival we had to have cold showers ! )Very good service from the staff. We enjoyed our stay very much . Wish we could have stayed longer . ”

”The property is good Ruined our overall experience, the hospitality and service were extremely disappointing and fell far below what I would expect from a property of this standard It started with the key card not working for a room, and even after notifying the front desk we had to wait outside for ~30 minutes with kids. The cart services are not able to handle the load as the numbers don't match with the guests (275 rooms, 17 carts ). Room services were taking 1.5 hours to deliver even small...

”The staff were really good and helpful specially Raju Singh on the reception who helped us for our Pushkar trip, Yuvraj Singh who made sure the breakfast was top notch and served us with warmth! Also the food is just amazing, thanks to the cook Ranaji! The suite and washrooms were super clean and tip top matching our North American standard. I would highly recommend this place for a family retreat.”

”If you really want to stay at a real Indian palace. This is the best place by all bets. I have stayed at other such properties but it got developed and the lost the charm. Chomu Palace still maintains the same feeling. Also the staff is ever helpful. All in all an excellent place”
