The commute between Newport in the hotel is very short. The hotel is also conveniently located near a slew of restaurants , a wonderful winery, local bookstore and standard shopping area.”

”I usually love this hotel but was very disappointed in the extremely small room I got. It was hard to get by the bed without hitting the TV. I wasn't able to get hot water in the shower and unfortunately the AC never cooled the room. I should have asked for an alternative room. I was pretty disappointed.”

”We are very happy to recommend Forty1. Our family of 4, with 2 teenage daughters accommodated nicely in the room of 2 queen size beds, city view. The gas fireplace did not work, though, but it did not play a big role in our stay during the summer hot season in July. Very attentive staff.”

”They only had stairs as we needed an elevator We attempted to shorten our stay from 5 nights to two and the ow er refused So we left and were charged!!! They suggested moving us to 3 different rooms 2 different rooms each night on the 1st floor and the. Back upstairs? Made no sense.!!! They would have had plenty of time to rerent the room ?”
