”Great stay Need more heat in space where pool is during winter! Front staff, cleaning staff, breakfast staff all excellent and friendly. Quiet the majority of the time. Desk chair broken by another resident but was replaced. Great stay! Very clean! And hallway deodorizer was wonderful.”

”This was a really nice property. We had a late check in, and arrived at around 12:25 a.m. The front desk staff were pleasant and friendly. It was really a nice surprise to see that they had a little convenience stand where you could pick up snacks and drinks, and the little bar / restaurant was still open till 1:00 a.m. So I came back down after dropping my stuff off at the room and had a beer. ”Staff was great. The rest of the hotel not so much. The first room we were assigned to had a foul smell. Staff sent us to a new room without issue. In the new room the jacuzzi tub stopped working after 10-15 mins. We were told no one was available to fix it so we’d have to wait until the next day. Next day they fixed the tub but didn’t move the fridge back afterward so I took care of it. The bar restaurant area only had one cook and one bartender for the whole place and saw several people...

”We love the location near the cliff walk. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are incredibly comfortable. We look forward to our next visit ”

”The welcome building is terrible. After a long drive we needed to use the restroom. It was behind the check-in desk and worst than a gas station restroom. Toilet couldn't flush and it was dirty and unkept. The outside of the property is in need of repairs. Very shabby looking. The first room we looked at was dingy looking and smelled stale. The second room was decent.”

”The staff were respectful and accommodating. Checked in at my room in the evening. Everything was clean and orderly no smells, quiet hallways. The next morning I went to shower there was hair on the tub floor and stains on my towel. It wasn’t to the point of unbearable nastiness but stuff I shouldn’t be looking at while checking into a hotel. Other than that my stay was calm and pleasant. ”
