”The concierge was extremely helpful and friendly! The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable!”

”The resort is large, and very beautiful. There are loads of restaurant choices, from Subway and pizza to upscale restaurants by famous chefs. We ate dinner at Hell's Kitchen, and it was fantastic. We had lunch at Martha Stewart's Bedford, and it was quite good. The spa is lovely, the pool and hot tubs were sooo relaxing, and Lisa, my masseuse was wonderful. I was there with my sisters, we had adjoining rooms, and we had a fantastic time!”

”Good A/C in the room. Very clean everywhere around the hotel. Decent continental breakfast. We checked in after midnight and I was starving. The front desk gentleman, Nag, offered me a few breakfast items. That made me very happy! After we checked out, the cleaning lady ran out to the parking lot with an item I forgot in the room! Everyone was very nice, friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again. ”

”The place is old and the room smelled. The carpet is very old and smells. The breakfast was basic bottom of the items. Walls are paper thin. Not going back.”

”My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The whole place was super clean. There was a fridge full of water, o.j., creamer, bagel variety and other items to snack on such as bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, etc. We met one of the hosts who was wonderful. Various activities and places to eat listed on a white board. Very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. ”

”We stayed in the Nantucket, and it was everything we hoped for and more. A cozy, spotless, stylish little cottage all to ourselves, sitting steps away from the water. We spent mornings and evenings on the porch watching the boats and wildlife in a serene and quiet setting, but restaurants and shopping downtown were just a minute away by car. There was music playing and complimentary wine waiting for us when we opened the door-such a welcoming touch after traveling all day. We just can't say...

”Weren’t told of any of the amenities when checking in and learned from other staff about cookies, breakfast etc. pool was cloudy due to someone getting sick in it. Room was exceedingly HOT even when we turned off all heat sources. The heat issue plus Bathroom being set for 88 making my wife sick almost every night of our stay. Being just below the fourth floor lounge in 304 meant we hear all the footsteps and activity of equipment on the 4rth floor in the early hours. For 400+ per night...
