”One night stay, staff friendly and efficient booked in, in no time. Room in a quiet area of the hotel, although small perfectly adequate for my needs. Comfortable bed with plrenty of pillows. Surprised to find out the pool, jacuzzi, sauna remains open until 22:00, so had the place to myself for about an hour. Breakfast was excellent with good staff making sure all my needs were catered for. Hotel, although redecorated is showing a lot of signs that it is old and dated. There was cracked pavers...

”Our trip included taking 2 cockerpoos who have been well socialized and stayed in different places before. What made this trip exceptional were the staff. They were so welcoming and the pooches were truly spoiled. Special mentions for David, Lucas, Denise, and Family Hughes, but extra special mentions for Susan and Laura. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was amazing, spacious and clean, and the housekeeping staff were equally as helpful. This is definitely one hotel we will be returning...

”Hotellissa on erittäin ystävällinen ja hyvä palvelu. Siellä on viihtyisät huoneet. Ainoa miinus tulee kokolattiamatosta, joka hieman aiheuttaa huoneessa tunkkaisuutta, mutta senkin kanssa pärjäsimme hyvin. Lisäksi hotelli on hyvällä paikalla ja sieltä oli mukavaa piipahtaa ostoksille, koska ostokset oli helppo kiikuttaa välillä hotellille. Hotellilta on kävelymatka rautatieasemalle, joten junillekkin oli helppo menneä. Suosittelen ilolla muillekkin tätä hotellia.”

”I have stayed in two of the apartments (3 and 5) - both have an equipped kitchen/living area, two bedrooms with bathrooms, and a washing machine. Apartment 3 is on the ground floor. Apartment 5 is on the first floor (up stairs) has an additional powder room. The apartments are located in an annex within easy walking distance of the hotel and all the sites in the city centre, about 100 yard, close to the city wall and River Dee. Parking is a bit crowded - barely enough space if all the apartments...

”Good location, grounds and facilities. But for the price and a 5* hotel they were a few niggles such as the bathroom needed some bleach around the shower and sink plug hole ect. For the luxury they're advetising deep cleaning should be an obvious but didnt looked like it had been done. And masses of cobwebs around the doors to get into rooms. ”
