”Very good breakfast and personnel. Only the bananas were too raw or too old. Other than that, excellent.”

”Lovely well equipped house for our stay in saltburn. Very clean and perfect for a family or couple. Perfect location, 5 mins walk from the beach and 5 mins walk from local shops/restaurants. I recommend the Thai restaurant Coco & Rum for a meal or takeaway. There’s is a parking space at the back of the property but we could not fit our car into it but street parking at front was not a problem. Would definitely stay here again when visiting my family”

”The location is just amazing: you can see the beach from the flat, you are within half mile of almost everything.
Equipments are good, just as the cleanliness and the communciation.
The real drawback are the windows. Single glazing means that you hear anything happening in the street, could it be people going out, rain, wind.
The wood burner was purely for decoration (no wood) and there was no welcoming basket for breakfast, drinks or snack. Just the classic coffee / tea in the cupboard.
