”Our stay greatly exceeded expectations! Our room was exceptionally clean and very spacious. We could have easily stayed for a week as a family of four. The grounds were spectacular. The kids had a blast playing on the awesome water slides, in the arcade (with bowling and cotton candy!) and in the tennis courts. Everything was decorated so nicely for Christmas and I love that they had all these cozy places to sit outside with firepits. The hotel is in a very nice area and is close to a...

”For the purpose of our trip everything was ok. The hotel was exactly as expected and as it appears in photos. Location is convenient to Palm Springs (where accommodation was easily double the price) and surrounding areas. Staff was nice and I appreciated the late check-out which allowed us to freshen up after our morning hike. Breakfast was made to order with a couple of options to choose from. My only complaint would be the A/C, temperature was hard to control. ”
