”Travelled with our 2 kids, 5 and 4. The best amenity is the kids club. The staff there are very good and connect with the kids well. I cannot say the same for the remaining staff. The security personnel would pass a smile and say hello. Outside of that the other staff seem unhappy to be there. Not welcoming and buffet staff don't even want to speak more than a word, rarely saw a smile. Out of all their restaurants the Italian was the only good one, others were very average. ”Loved it!!!! The hotel was delightful , staff was very helpful and pleasant, the beache , absolutely stunning the blue water and white sand and the waterpark was my favorite part. Lemore the lifeguard was very helpful and gave me some good insight on what to do in Jamaica. The excursions were fantastic , Dunn River Falls a must, although I’d be very careful walking up those water falls, I loved mystic mountain and the Luminous excursion, amzing.
