”It's bed and breakfast and the website says free continental breakfast, however when we went for breakfast we were told it doesn't apply for the garden rooms. The place was hard to find and no one answers the phone to get directions.”

”The hotel staff is wonderful! They were very kind and always eager to help. The hotel property is in serious need of updating. My first room was in desperate need of repair, the curtains were dirty on the bottom, the shower was moldy and the fridge was hot. I was then transferred to another room over 24 hours later. That room was better but still not clean, floor had footprints and there was still the mildew smell. The fridge was warm in that room also. ”

”This was my second stay at this resort, and I appreciate its convenient location close to the airport. However, I believe the property could benefit from some upgrades and improvements. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. Many of the staff members seemed disengaged, often looking at guests without offering a greeting or assistance. When I asked questions, it appeared that no one had clear answers. The lobby also felt unwelcoming, as employees were often sitting around talking,...
