”My family & I stayed at this resort last year, it was amazing. It’s why we returned. Big mistake! Not sure what happened, but I can say I will not be back. It started w/ our room, which let’s just say, I had to complain & the manager was nice enough to give me an upgrade, so that was a positive. However, we were only given wash clothes day 1, I had to call or physically go get them after that. My mom saw housekeeping & asked for one & was refused. ”This was our first time staying at Eden Bay. It was amazing! Staff and amenities were fantastic. The beach is a little rocky, but there were little pockets where the water was enjoyable. If the beach isn’t your thing, the pool offers ample space for relaxing. The food was on point; we particularly enjoyed dinner at the Steak House and at Sugar Cane. We will be back!”

”The rooms were immaculate and well kept. Most of the staff was kind and professional. Courteous. I saw plenty amenities provided for young children. Although I didn't have any children of my own there. Breakfast was excellent, especially at the Blue lagoon. The bathrooms on property were exceptionally well kept and clean continuously.”

”Loved the view, the pools and the beach. Bring lots of singles for tipping (it seems to be expected) and be prepared for beach hagglers. We loved the Asian restaurant the most, but they were all delicious! The grounds keepers are going all morning (we were woken by leaf blowers at 6am).
