”TBH the location and staff is amazing. The biggest problem is the property itself. I am not a difficult person, I can tolerate broken fan, terrible WiFi, falling curtains (which all happened within 10 mins of my arrival, now I look back it might be a sign) because the staff tried their best to help with these issues. Room a bit small for a kingsize deluxe - a tiny gap between the bed and the wall on one side to get into it which was a bit ridiculous and the shower trap was not clean.
