”My experience at Village Hotel Leeds South was highly unsatisfactory. There was a noticeable smell of drugs throughout the corridor, particularly near the entrance, which was both unpleasant and concerning. The situation was compounded by a strong odour coming through the ventilation system that smelled like sewage or toilet waste.
The lifts were not functioning during my stay, creating additional inconvenience. Furthermore, building or maintenance work taking place outside the hotel produced...

”Great stay many thanks. Nice property but please keep it refurbed and up to date.
Needs aircon for the summer, fans good but too hot as windows cannot be fully opened.
Great service in the bar/restaurant but needs Guinness back rather than Caffreys Stout!
Will miss the lamb skewers from new menu but the new sticky chicken ones are also good. That said a tad less bbq sauce would be ideal.”

”Hotel is close to the city centre, and is relatively affordable. Room is realky quiet and bed confortable.
The personnel is not welcoming or polite: the reception seemed to be more busy with their own tasks than customers. In the breakfast room the personnel on weekdays nice, but during weekend seemingly on bad mood.

”This hotel seems to focus more on conference guests than on the overall hotel experience. Bright lights were on day and night, and a cosy atmosphere was completely missing. The staff appeared to serve you in between conference duties rather than providing dedicated service.
The outdoor terrace had potential, but it wasn’t used. With a few small touches, this hotel could be a very cosy and pleasant place to stay. As it is now, it felt cold, and simply somewhere to sleep rather than a place where...

”Sadly, a disappointing stay in a hotel that has the potential to be beautiful but is dated and poorly maintained.
We did not receive the suite we specifically booked for its layout. The first room we were given was accessed through a pitch-black courtyard, which felt unsafe. Although the bedroom and bathroom were modern, the living area was echoey, with a flimsy falling apart table and a fold-out bed positioned in a room near the external door. This was unsuitable for our two young...

”Used this place for business. Was close to work and affordable. The room was clean and had a fridge for my medication which is always a bonus. the staff in the restaurant and bar were great. Although it was a buffet breakfast, the food was still fresh and had not been cremated under the hot lights.”

Todella mieluisa paikka varsinkin liikematkalaiselle.
