”This is a beautiful hotel, well positioned for Cardiff Central station just 5 minutes walk away. Check in staff were friendly, though didn’t get an upgrade or offer of a late check out given I’m a gold member and the hotel was not full by any means. Lovely bedroom , terrible view (208) big gaping windows that need some voile for a little privacy. The cobweb needs getting down that’s in the window too! Quality tea and coffee and bathroom products, bottled water is nice too but maybe a plastic...

”This is the best we stayed in while visiting Wales. The property is right on the waterfront and has the best view of Swansea. The hotel is very clean and modern and is surrounded with lots of restaurants, shops and pubs. Also, the food at this hotel was fabulous. Everything was cooked perfectly and especially their cockles. You absolutely have to try them. They are the best! The staff was very helpful and accommodating for all our needs. I forgot my European charger and they were gracious enough...

”Lovely last minute night away. Haven’t stayed here for a while and I think the rooms have been refurbished. Very nice. Only two issues. Very musty smell in the room which I think comes from no window ventilation. Loads of condensation running down the window after a shower and the air conditioning didn’t work when we got there. Assuming it’s on a timer but it was cold. But good stay.”

”The room, premises, staff, and facilities were amazing. Absolutely top notch! The restaurant food was really nice. The only slight negative was that the room was a little too warm with the temperature sensor set to the lowest setting. The spa was brilliant, we used the gym, sauna steamer and pool and all were clean and well looked after. It’s a hell yeah from us!!”

”Nice hotel with great location and extremely nice staff. They get us early breakfast in the room and answer all the questions we have. Breakdast buffet was also great and lot of healthy options. Gym was maybe the best hotel gym i've ever visited. Spa was nice bonus and 20 meter long swimming pool was so cool because you can really do the swimming exercise there if you wanted to. ”
