”dont get me wrong we had a lovely time and the hotel is in a great location. Overall site is big with lovely pools and also private beach. Our room was decent, did the job but I know others had room problems.
For me the two big problems!
1. Restaurant rules and constant cold food. Badly managed like no plates, no food like fruit etc. Managers need to make sure all stations are monitored. Also queues which is down to lack of choice. Every morning, cold eggs and bacon. Its not difficult.

”From the front desk check in with Matteo, to breakfast, lunch or dinner service with Emanuel and cocktails service overlooking the ocean with Mercedes we couldn’t have been more looked after and pampered!!
The property is absolute paradise and the people who work there are so sweet and wonderful, add to that the food is delicious. Hopefully we will be back again!”
