”Room and staff were great! The only thing that irked me was that we got a call saying that a package was waiting for us in the lobby (it was our anniversary so i thought maybe one of our parents sent us something) and when we got down there they swindled us into paying $30 to go to a timeshare meeting. I also wish the 2 bottles of water a day didn’t require us to go to the front desk to retrieve it.. would have been more satisfied if they were just brought to our room. The room itself was great...

”When I arrived I got hit with the we need a card on file for any damage and a $75 hold per night was put on my account and said would be put back as soon as I checked out and room was cleaned. So I was refunded, then the very next day I get charged $177, for parking and hotel fees, that should be included in the final room price. Not to mention I check under pillows usually when I get a room just to see if the person before me left a note or something and there was no note just a long brown hair...

”Honestly, overall, our stay was okay, but a few things to note. The property itself is a bit dated and there is no front desk or staff on site. The pool area could use some help with the cleanliness. The room was not assigned until the day beforehand. The room we stayed in could use a new mattress. We sunk in some grooves and it wasn't very comfortable hindering our sleep. But, it had the small kitchen, fridge and spectacular view of the beach that we were hoping for. It was also about a mile...
