”If you go thru Expedia, you could get the least desired room, like I did. Oceanfront, ground floor blocked by fencing. The desk moved us to 3rd floor. You don’t get breakfast vouchers. Go thru the Oceanside Litchfield Inn website; better price and amenities.”

”Parking was easy and free in their lot beside the hotel. Checking in was a breeze, and we were granted early access to our room, since it had already been cleaned. The staff was courteous and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the ice water (with lemon or orange slices in it) and coffee available in the lobby all day for free. On check-in, I waited 10 minutes before Lawrence came around the corner, then another 5 minutes for him to deal with another guest, then do something on his computer. The room was in a good location for us, but it was nasty! The floors were sticky, there was urine on the base of the toilet, the AC filters were dirty, and the complimentary breakfast was gross.
