”Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Siisti huone - ei suuri, mutta riittävä parin yön yöpymisiin. Outoa oli, että suihkusta loppui lämmin vesi jo alle viiden minuutin suihkun jälkeen. Monipuolinen aamiainen, mutta valitettavasti leikkeleet ja juustot olivat edellispäiväisiä. Sijainti hyvä, jos lähdet tai tulet Manchesterin lentokentälle. ”

”The staff was friendly during our stay. But there was some check-in fee despite an online check-in and using a self-service machine? (3 pounds; so even if we didn't go to a desk, we were still charged on top of the actual booking cost that we paid to stay at the hotel) There were stains on walls, curtains and the table, but the carpet/floor and sheets/beds were clean. Bathroom was also clean. However, there were no toiletries (this was a surprise for a hotel) ”

”The hotel is walkable from Piccadilly station taking about 12 minutes. It is close to bars and eateries making it a good spot for a night out. I stayed with my granddaughter and had a room with two double beds, the room was huge. The bathroom had both bath and shower and the fridge, iron and ironing board were very helpful additions. ”Hotel was rather new. For nowadays standard the roof of room was not finished, which make me feel a little disappointed for the price. Also bathroom solution for controls and shower parts were quite challanging. Also the served breakfast was quite challanging for traveling as business. By other hand, the hotel itself is quite well located, very refreshing with style and personel was very friendly. I would suggest to those who travel with time.”

”Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen mikäli tulee lentokentältä julkisilla kulkuneuvoilla. Lisäksi kaikki tärkeät palvelut sijaitsevat kävelymatkan etäisyydellä. Itse hotelli huoneessa oli erittäin huono äänieristys, sillä tavallinen puhe käytävältä kuului selkeästi sisälle. Huone oli perus siisti, wc oli mielestäni epämielyttävä. ”It was a pleasant stay. Air conditioning was working and everything was looking kind of new. There was no fridge which was a big minus for us but I get many people don't need it. TV had streaming capability and shower was pretty good. Check-in was via computer but it was fast. Good experience overall!”

Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. This disturbed our sleep.”
