”Excellent downtown location with great valet service. We were there one night but the room had a very modern look and was very close to the areas we went, which made our trip very efficient.”

”The location of the property was great. Place was clean and the pool was nice. However, the quality of the place felt cheaply made. The most annoying thing was the hot water issue. We had to run the hot water for 15 min to even get it warm and then it went tepid after only a few minutes. They mentioned it being a possible issue during peak hours, but there’s no reason this should occur at 4:30 in the morning. Unless you like cold showers, I would not recommend staying here.”

”Excellent place to stay with well appointed kitchen and comfortable bed. The swimming pool was the perfect place to cool off on a hot day along with its shaded cabana area. The location is very convenient for visiting Mountain Brook, Crestline Village and shopping.”

”Overall, the size of the apartment was adequate. The issue we had is that there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago. ”Our unit was very clean, modern and well appointed. The lobby and entrance floor was dirty and cluttered with leaves for the duration of our stay(likely only due to the rainy, windy weather that weekend). Great location, secure parking and plenty of restaurants within a short walk. We would definitely stay here again.”
