”I generally enjoy sleeping in the cold, but the rooms in this hotel was freezing. There's no heating except for the aircon, which isn't powerful enough to combat the ice cold floor and the leaky windows, not to mention that the air it blows is itself cold. The end result is that you can barely get the room above 20c, and to stay even above that level you need to have aircon blasting at full speed... in the middle of the winter. The attached pub on the street level is nice. Would come next time for a similar trip. ”Staff was amazing! Gabby especially. She was so friendly and welcoming! Made us feel right and home. We also had a technician come to the room to help retrieve my wife’s neclace that fell behind the sink. He got it out with little trouble, special shout out to him as well. The hotel is close to the redline subway and was easy to walk around from the hotel. Would highly recommend and would stay here in the future. ”
