”Only stayed the one night but the staff were very friendly and efficient, they helped us check baggage before and after check out so they were could explore the city without carting around unnecessary luggage. ”The food and staff are absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful with a canopy bed and a sitting area which was a welcoming area to relax after a day of sightseeing. It's also very well positioned for day adventures to the coast and York. The management team were also very visible for information and they even arranged my laundry.
