”The room was clean however I noticed a blood stain on 1 of the pillows, I didn’t notice it until the day before check out and didn’t want to go downstair because the wait time was soo long to speak to the front desk agent( I did try calling but no answer) The employees were nice but not as helpful. I had questions and got lots of I don’t know for most of them. I stayed here for 3 nights ( it was my wedding weekend ) prior to booking I read where this hotel does something for occasions.....

”Do not stay in The Reef. Very unkempt and there’s absolutely no restaurant/bars in this tower, the gift shop sold no alcohol. If we wanted to do anything kid friendly, eat, go to the casino, etc., you have to shuttle over to another tower. It’s very inconvenient when children and/or bigger parties involved. The cushion on the couch was disgusting and the rug looks like it’s NEVER been changed out. Lastly, you will be charged a delivery fee if you order room service; as if this is Uber Eats....
