”My visit was a work trip with my team. The Quail was such a wonderful choice when picking a place to stay for the group. From the moment we walked in the door, until checking out, customer service was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. There were multiple thoughtful special touches that made the stay welcoming, from the TV having your name, the robe in the bathroom, a patio with a great view and the grounds were beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed smores provided upon request...

”we loved that it was peaceful, has an adult pool, places to walk and get exercise beyond the golf course, plus many options for physical activities. We also visited the Coral which was in the most beautiful location, so cleanly and loved the variety of animals. Fun for any age. The only thing that we could complain about was the softness of the mattress. It seemed to have two imprinted bodies, so probably needs replacing. ”

”We were married at Highlands Inn 60 years ago, thus the reason for this return. It was a most gracious and gratifying reunion. We left as excited and as happy as we did after our wedding in the chapel and reception in the room now known as Sunset Lounge. Accommodations were superb, eclipsed only by the hospitality of positively everyone with whom we dealt. Wish we had planned to stay longer.”

”Although this property does not have an onsite restaurant/ so no room service… I can honestly say this hotel has nicer accommodations than the Ritz Carlton in San Francisco!!! The bathroom was absolutely fantastic - huge stand alone bathtub, giant shower with a bench, heated floors!!! Separate toilet of course The room had its own Fireplace… beautiful and functional when it was cold and two very comfortable classy leather recliners to relax in after a day of walking around Carmel.
