As I explained to staff upon check out we were told by the check-in staff member we had a $100 credit for food and beverages. The Expedia reservation included a $55 credit so we assumed that Quail simply added the $45 to our reservation. So we spent the $100 on food and beverages. We also prepaid for a local mandatory fee which we assumed would cover any amenities fee but then were charged that fee as an extra though we had "fully" prepaid. Copy of reservation sent to your deck by email.
When we went to the bar to order two happy hour drinks the bartender asked my wife what vodka she wanted and she had no idea what to pick and after picking Grey Goose was charged $15 plus another $3 for being a lemon drop........the bar tender could have informed us that the Grey Goose and lemon drop may not included as drinks for a happy hour....so much to learn.
Finally, after our game of golf I had left a jacket and sweater on the cart and after checking the next morning when determined that both were not in our car, golf bag or luggage I went back to see if they could be found with no luck. There was no question in our minds that they had been left on the cart.
