”This was an overnight stay after penguin parade as I did not want to drive straight back to Melbourne. The hotel-apartment was clean and right next to the harbour front / beach. Instructions on how to get into the apartment and where the key was were sent ahead of arrival and as described. As I arrived and left outwith the front desk’s opening hours, I did not have actual in person interaction with the team. Email communications were very clear. Will stay again if I am in Philip Island.”

”The cottage was very quaint and cosy. Staff left you alone to enjoy your holiday which was nice. Check in and check out was a tad confusing and needed attention. Gas fire place instead of actual fire place which is deceptive but safer option I guess for the hotel given the lack of human interaction. All round a pleasant stay. ”
