”We enjoyed our harbour view room very much. There was always something going on around the harbour. it was quite a long way to the main Falmouth attractions so we ate mostly at the hotel . The food and drink at the hotel was quite pricey but perhaps on a par with other hotels in the area. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff were helpful . The surroundings were a bit drab and the outside space quite limited and close to the road. The hotel was in need of decoration in some areas....

”Property okay- adequate for a short stay. In need of a bit of TLC. Room clean and spacious enough. Tea/coffee and small fridge. Swimming pool onsite which we used a lot due to heat! Also in need of TLC but large enough to cool off and enjoy. Fan only in room. No air conditioning. Staff friendly and helpful. Walkable but not a lot to see- we drove to beach etc. co-op and a couple of choices to eat. Restaurant onsite. Fairly quiet area though near a main lane/road. Plenty of car parking which...

”Had a three night stay with my wife for her birthday. Wonderful hotel with the best views anywhere. Staff very pleasant and helpful breakfast included is continental which we found more than adequate. We had dinner there on two of the nights añd enjoyed what we had although the menu is slightly limited for more frequent dining. Overall we had a beautiful stay”

”The staff were very helpful and let me store my pole vault pole, which is over 4m long, in the basement free of charge for the duration of my stay, which was very helpful. ”There are two Plume of Feathers in Cornwall. If you search for the one in Portscatho on Google this one is likely to show up and I made the mistake in booking it. When I contacted them once I had realised my error they said it was not up to them to refund but Expedia - who I contacted. They were helpful and sympathetic - but they said it was actually at the discretion of the host who they contacted on my behalf but they declined my request. I again contacted the PoF to ask them to reconsider...

”Really enjoyed staying here. The hotel was clean and had everything I need. They even had an EV charger powered by Fuuse so was very efficient and ideal. The real superstars were the staff - so hospitable, polite and accommodating! Definitely a hotel that I would recommend and I will definitely be back!”

”We loved The Nici hotel i Newquay! The staf was amazing, clean and nice room, and the location was perfect. The hotel had only been open for a month when er were there, so the pool was not ready yet. But we got a free massage and the kids could have a free surfinglesson if they had wanted to. It is close to everything in town, so we walked everywhere. We really liked this hotell, and would stay there again if we're coming back to Newquay!”
