”The location is in a junction and with big construction site next to it. Ask for a room in the higher floors. Ours was on the 1st floor and the smell from the next door gym was bad. Noise and dust from the construction. Breakfast and food in the restaurant was good and wifi worked ok, so the hotel is ok if you're on transit for 1 night. I wouldn't recommend for longer stays or if you're on holiday or romantic trip.”

”I would recommend this hotel to everyone, I used to stay in the four seasons in Johannesburg and I will recommend this hotel much better service more welcoming and a beautiful location and of course great staff recommended to anyone very good value for money”

”When I checked in the room key machine wasn’t working so they had to open the door for me each time I left. They acted like it would be fixed in two hours but then found out the IT person wouldn’t be in until the morning to fix it. They should have told me that when I checked in! Also my room didn’t have working heat. They said it would be fixed in the morning. Breakfast was great. I asked the staff where to get a massage and they said locals don’t get massages so they didn’t know where to...

”The hotel was ok, BUT when I reserved the room, I paid some extra for it. I really wanted to see the roof terrace. BUT there was not said that the roof terrace was only if you get a room from upper floors. I was (and still am) very disappointed of that wrong information. When we arrived to the hotel and I tried to go to the roof terrace (room 9th floor), it was not possible unless I pay more!
