”For Sheffield the Jurys Inn is pretty decent, central if you're heading out and need somewhere to fall into in the early hours. I did however stay at the Birmingham one a few days before this trip and the Midlands version is just superior. Nothing groundbreaking but little things like not having an omelette chef at breakfast or a mini fridge in the room or a better shower just puts it below it's midlands cousin. ”Room clean, modern, not as in the photos but it was ok. Very close the the centre great location. My only grump was the bin men at 5am both mornings on the cobble street below and the lack of sleep as bed was very comfortable but a double is too small but thats our preference.”

”When we arrived at night (11 pm) the reception is locked and the phone call go straight to voice message. I asked Hotel.com customer service to contact them and the phone call couldn't get through as well. Been waiting for around an hour until hotel.com finally found them and the guy show up to open the door for me. After I moved in it is the most horrible hotel I have ever seen, btw I am sales so I travel around different cities and live in different hotels all the time. The bulbs are flashing...
