”The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so...

We were disappointed that we were charged for parking which had previously been complimentary when renting as a guest of an owner. As the family member of an owner, we are aware that when the owner uses their unit, they receive complimentary parking. ”We liked the convenience and closeness the condo was to where we wanted to visit. Our kids loved the stairs and loft. The home is not as well appointed as most rentals we have stayed at. ”Property was advertised as having 2 kings and 2 queens. Instead there was 1 king and 3 queens. This was not ideal for us, there should have been extra bedding since someone then slept on the couch. Blinds in 1 bedroom were broken and could not be closed for privacy. House was clean and attractive. But could also use some glass wineglasses.
