”We had a great stay for one night. The hostess greeted us outside when we pulled into the parking lot, and showed us right to our room. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The walk to the Inn at Little Washington is really only 1-2 minutes. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and felt personal- a very friendly staff that clearly takes pride in making sure guests are well cared for.”

”Staff was pleasant but don’t plan to eat there. Seems very short-staffed & not prepared to host meals.
The property is beautiful but hot water is warm only so attempting a bath on a chilly night wasn’t a positive experience. Hope the new owners are able to tighten things up & be able to offer what you would expect for an above-average price per night in that area.”

”We were celebrating my wife's birthday and wanted a unique experience. A Bed and Breakfast in Warrenton was our first choice. The furnishings were very nice and enhanced our stay. This is a big plus!
On the negative side: (1) Access into the B&B should have been identified as being difficult to navigate due to the number of steps and how steep they were. (2) Our welcome package had the wrong name on it, which is not a big deal, but strange. (3) No layout sketch on the location of our room and...
