Stonewall-Hawthorne Hotellit

”Room was cleaned as good as it could, but stinking moldy and moist, even bed sheets. In the morning, the pool was suppose to open at eight, we kept asking when they'll open it and they told 10 mins, 15 mins, soon... They opened it just when we had to give rooms away. Very unhappy kids and disappointed parents.”

”The room was small but clean”

”GREAT LOCATION - CLEAN PLACE- EXCELLENT STAY.”

”Bed, floor and surfaces appeared to be clean, but areas around the bathroom sink needed to be wipped or an attempt to be clean, and the light switches and electrical outlets need to be wiped down. I guess smoking is allowed as there were two ash trays in the room, and there was an odor in the room, possibly from someone smoking.this is the second time I have been to a motel 6, and this was better than the previous motel 6 in harrisonburg. I have respiratory concerns, so being in a smoking...

”Pros: Clean and spacious rooms, ample parking, mini fridge and microwave in room, 10 mins to Shenandoah National Park, 7 mins from restaurants in Luray Cons: Dated furnitures and amenities, no breakfast and terrible coffee, seemingly unhappy staff”

”It was a decent place. I would start there again.”

”Good things first. It was clean, it Had microwave and fridge. Bed was ok. But it was good for the price! There are a bunch of deer that hang out in the parking lot next door. Like 8 of them. It was cool. I think the description states that there is a full or hot breakfast. They only had a pancake machine. And very few choices.”

”Wifi in rooms was not good.”

”Property wasn’t quite as nice as the pictures depict. Older house that has been remodeled. Original flooring not level in areas. On a side note there are very limited choices in the area for breakfast and dinner.”

”There were roaches on the ceiling and the floor.”

”We drove the blue ridge parkway + skyline drive, so the hotel was conveniently located. Parking was easy and breakfast was good. Room smelled a bit weird and could use some renovation. Wifi worked fine. All in all suited well for one night quick stop.”

”Rustic and fun. Be aware there is zero cell reception once you get close. You are indeed in the mountains!”

”Lovely Inn to stay at--- pleasant folks Good restaurant and a very nice spa Love the ambiance of this old building.”

”No shampoo and conditioner.”
