”Good air con. Plenty of parking extra at rear. Clean room. Lots of light switches but only 1 worked. No shelf in shower to stand anything on. Taps in sink not enough height to get kettle access.
Corridor lit very dim a bit creepy for ladies on their own.
Price of drinks in bar were extortionate. Lots of cameras in bar ceiling I counted 9 at least. No intention of taking our own drink but felt like Stalag 13 with cameras watching everyone. The wedding was excellent but not a place I would...

”Hotel is close to the city centre, and is relatively affordable. Room is realky quiet and bed confortable.
The personnel is not welcoming or polite: the reception seemed to be more busy with their own tasks than customers. In the breakfast room the personnel on weekdays nice, but during weekend seemingly on bad mood.

”If you are visiting Sheffield you can’t go wrong with a stay at this hotel. So easy into sheffield( we were at the Arena) lovely and clean and new. Fab staff and service and food was great in restaurant.”

”The rooms were nice except for the lack of air conditioning so it was stiflingly hot with no adequate ventilation. A fan was provided but it wasn’t enough for a family of 4 to use. No extra fans available. Great to have access to a pool but the water looked murky and the steam room was in need of a thorough clean. We didn’t feel the changing rooms were clean enough to shower in so went back to our room. The carpark was full and we couldn’t get parked even though we had paid for parking. Overall,...
