”Great, friendly and helpful staff from the front office to the room service to the restaurant staff. Felt a bit of royalty living at the Brij castle, beautiful interiors. Only one suggestion I have would be to make sure first timers to Jaipur be guided well. Give them a road map, helpful guide, etc.”

”This was our first family trip to Jaipur, and unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We were a group of six adults and two children, including my 84-year-old father. Our experience started on a very poor note at the reception. The staff attempted to mislead us by claiming that breakfast was not included in our room rate, despite our booking confirmation stating otherwise. Ms. Priyanka and her team greeted us without even a basic smile or gesture of hospitality....

”Our stay at LIV Hotel Jaipur was excellent. The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout our visit. A special mention to Irfan Khan, who went above and beyond to assist us by arranging a complimentary room upgrade when we requested a different view from the one originally reserved.
