”Perfect stay at Le Captiole for my husband and I! I loved that it was right outside of the main shops and restaurants so that we could go into the chaos and leave the chaos. We loved the warm pool to relax in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The front desk staff was also so nice and helpful ”

”Tout était parfait, le seul bémol c’est qu’il n’y a pas de contrôle sur les bornes électriques. Il y a des véhicules qui sont restés branchés tout le week-ends, gros incohérences pour les autres , nous avons dû aller recharger notre voiture à 15 minutes de l’hôtel!!! Il faudrait trouver un moyen pour remédier à la situation. ”

”The parking is quite a distance away , and seems like an unsafe place and very dusty. The room is big, with well equipped kitchen and clean inside. Windows cannot be opened , maybe because it’s really dusty outside . Reply from reception via email is fast when we were unable to cool the room. There is a supermarket behind the block and places for food nearby. ”

”Okay, it’s expensive and you could find cheaper accommodations nearby, but you won’t find a more legendary hotel. The standard rooms are cozy, but the lobby is grand, the location can’t be topped. It is Quebec City in all its glory. Go big or go home. Vive le Quebec. Vive Le Chateau Frontenac!”

”Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre chambre, le décor était magnifique. Tout a été parfait. Le lit vraiment très confortable. Le décor qui sort de l'ordinaire nous fait du bien. Merci beaucoup ! J'aurais aimé voir un Livre de Mormon en français bien que je suis bilingue. Mais dans la ville de Québec, un Livre de Mormon en français serait vraiment apprécié. Merci beaucoup pour tout ! La chaine Mariotte est notre préférée. ”

”Great hotel and stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but it was a little crowded. The room was clean, good size and had everything you need. The bathroom was good size but the barn door style door is not a good choice. The first room given was on the 1 floor and was very noisy. Asked for a new one and it was on upper floor and very quiet. The location is also perfect between the old city and upper city and St Jean street. ”
