”Hotel des Couterllier is located nearby high traffic tourist areas, but comfortably away from the high traffic. It is easy to walk to restaurants, art galleries, and shopping, but the hotel itself is quiet. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We quite enjoyed our stay.”

Hotel itself was cosy and clean - rooms not too big but that was expected being so close to the city centre. The only slight disappointment was l the information before entering the hotel. ”From check in to check out everything was digital. Make sure your phone is charged as the codes to get into the building and your room are sent to your email. I recommend writing them down on a small card in case your phone runs out of battery while there. When we needed to contact customer service, someone was always available and replied right away. The restaurant is very good, the price point is high, but I recommend it for a nice dining experience. We had drinks just about every night...
