”The property is really nice with a nice layout. However, it is time for some updates. Needs new lounge chairs on the beach and pool deck. The rooms could use some attention and if you charge premium rates I should not hear the traffic drive by all night. Time for some impact doors and windows. Also, the "dock charge" now I think is over the top especially that the boat ramp is in really bad shape. Again, when you pay a premium things like dockage should be included unless your docking the...

”This resort had everything! So much to do and staff that was friendly and always helpful. Only complaint is that the restaurants had no options for gluten free diet, so we had to go elsewhere. ”

”Overall a very nice resort. We had stayed at an Autograph Collection property before in Kuaui and loved it. While this property was nice, it wasn’t really comparable. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work (staff did resolve that issue quickly). The USB plugs on one end table were broken and unusable. There was only one hook for towels in the bathroom so we were constantly having to move them around. While nice, I don’t think it was worth the cost and won’t stay again. ”
