”Beautiful old building which has had good levels of investment into making it a fine hotel. Very well located in the centre of town but with plenty of nearby parking. Well appointed, if small, rooms, attentive and welcoming staff although needed more staff at breakfast as many guests had to wait too long to be seated. Breakfast was excellent though, lots of choice and good quality.”

”Was like a maze to get to my room, but the signs got me there. I understand the building is old, but the floor boards in my room were so loud & creeky that i worried i would disturb other customers beneath me. Staff was very friendly & welcoming. They let me store my suitcase with them while i went to a funeral, it was no problem for them at all & the lady on the desk was very sweet & kind ☺ ”
