”We have come to this hotel for many years and feel at home. This occasion was no exception, excellent treatment. As for the maintenance in general, I feel that it is failing, because in the shower faucet there were some "blue tapes" as if they were stopping it. We also got the impression that the cleanliness in general is not very good. Please take note of this, because your hotel is excellent and it would be a shame if it declined.”

”This is a very nice resort, it has all the amenities to be able to enjoy a quiet weekend getaway and never leave the property. The poolside service at the cabana we rented wasn’t great, and the cabana curtains could use some maintenance, so I don’t think I would rent one again. ”Faucet was running when I checked in. Feel someone would have noticed that.. a Mexican baseball team happened to be there at the night of my stay so quiet for the most part it was not..
