”The lady’s at the front desk went above and beyond! She was super nice and friendly, my I had to take my son to the hospital, she by all means answers my questions about local hospitals. She was very knowledgeable with a kind heart! Even though we had a ruff stay because my son had heat exhaustion, we really enjoyed our stay. Clean, friendly and welcoming. Definitely staying again!”

”I loved the 2 bedroom and 2 bath suite. The room was big enough for 8 guest. It was very nice. This will be my go-to spot when I come to town. We were close to shopping area, food, and activities.”

”They did not have any rooms, yet I was the 4th person to book a room and be turned away at 12:30 am. I had a booked room and was turned away. Will not book with them or Expedia again.”

”Everything about the stay was pleasant except for our breakfast experience. Children should not be allowed to take over the dining area without parental supervision. This should be enforced! The gator boardwalk was a nice experience. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful!”

”Very nice old house with beautiful details. This place not suitable for people with moving disabilities because of steep stairs. Our room was located closest to the motorway so the noise of heavy traffic kept us awake at night. If you want a good night sleep ask fir a room somewhere futher away from that road. Walking distance to the city. Note that breakfast in the bistro is not totally free. ”

”I’ll tell you what was terrible about this day, I was chatting with a rep from Expedia with the online chat and he canceled my reservation and I told him not to so I showed up at the hotel to learn that my hotel room was canceled. I was never notified by Expedia or the hotel that Expedia canceled my reservation horrible, just horrible.”

”Stayed one night with my 10yr old son on a quality-time trip. The hotel was adorable, it was right behind some great restaurant options, and next to an antique store which I enjoyed! Rooms were clean, AC was cold, staff was excellent, and the breakfast was much more than I expected. The only con in our experience was the couple arguing outside our door at 11:30pm, but that wasn't the hotels fault. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we head up to OWA.”

”We arrived in the morning via the train. We were allowed to leave our bags at the hotel until our rooms were ready. We went adventuring in the city. Within an hour, the hotel called to say our room was ready. Well before check in. The room was spacious, clean and cool. Highly recommend.”

”Booked for hot tub to soak before lo g travel home. Hot tub was not even hot. Although was told just recently opened 2 weeks. I believe that should have been a better reason for everything working properly and at best. Very disappointing after paying higher price to stay just for hot tub. Staff also very rude about forgetting key to get back in different areas. Must take key without everywhere many areas need key. Laundry room etcc...”

The room was quiet and dark just as we liked. The breakfast was disappointing for Sunday 830-9 am. There seemed to be only one attendant, cold cereal, fruit and breakfast potatoes, drinks available.
