”Everything about the stay was pleasant except for our breakfast experience. Children should not be allowed to take over the dining area without parental supervision. This should be enforced! The gator boardwalk was a nice experience. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful!”

”Stayed one night with my 10yr old son on a quality-time trip. The hotel was adorable, it was right behind some great restaurant options, and next to an antique store which I enjoyed! Rooms were clean, AC was cold, staff was excellent, and the breakfast was much more than I expected. The only con in our experience was the couple arguing outside our door at 11:30pm, but that wasn't the hotels fault. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we head up to OWA.”

”I’ll tell you what was terrible about this day, I was chatting with a rep from Expedia with the online chat and he canceled my reservation and I told him not to so I showed up at the hotel to learn that my hotel room was canceled. I was never notified by Expedia or the hotel that Expedia canceled my reservation horrible, just horrible.”

”The lady’s at the front desk went above and beyond! She was super nice and friendly, my I had to take my son to the hospital, she by all means answers my questions about local hospitals. She was very knowledgeable with a kind heart! Even though we had a ruff stay because my son had heat exhaustion, we really enjoyed our stay. Clean, friendly and welcoming. Definitely staying again!”

”Very nice old house with beautiful details. This place not suitable for people with moving disabilities because of steep stairs. Our room was located closest to the motorway so the noise of heavy traffic kept us awake at night. If you want a good night sleep ask fir a room somewhere futher away from that road. Walking distance to the city. Note that breakfast in the bistro is not totally free. ”

The lack of basic cleanliness and hygiene here is a serious health and safety concern.Upon arrival, I was shocked to find what appeared to be blood on the elevator floor. Things only got worse once I entered the room. The bathroom had visible mold, the carpet and furniture were visibly stained and dirty, and the bed skirt was completely...

”We arrived in the morning via the train. We were allowed to leave our bags at the hotel until our rooms were ready. We went adventuring in the city. Within an hour, the hotel called to say our room was ready. Well before check in. The room was spacious, clean and cool. Highly recommend.”

”It was older especially bathrooms and was doing work painting but attempting to make it better. First room shower very old and for handicap but we asked to be moved and they did. Location very good close to restaurants and right off the interstate.”
