”We have stayed here many times. Usually the breakfast is a draw. But it was lacking this time. The butter was replaced by a spread. The staff did not have the breakfast properly prepared. It was not what we had grown accustomed to.”

”We stayed four nights. Because we came late at night we wanted to rest the next day. Then our room was not cleaned after that.”

”Room looked clean but smelled interesting- we fixed with air freshener-nice staff, we didn’t eat breakfast there but there’s a very convenient Cracker Barrel nearby. Room was nice and cold”

”Staff was not friendly when we arrived. Bad mood. Horrible breakfast. Bedroom and bathroom was not clean at all. Only two towels on bath while we were 3 guests. Tray of ice bucket had even first on it. Towels seamed to be still wet possible by the guest before me cuz smell pretty bed. I cut MICROTEL from my experience.”

”They put me in someone elses room and part of my stay in front office being asked repeatedly what my name was. That place is off.”

”Very nice old house with beautiful details. This place not suitable for people with moving disabilities because of steep stairs. Our room was located closest to the motorway so the noise of heavy traffic kept us awake at night. If you want a good night sleep ask fir a room somewhere futher away from that road. Walking distance to the city. Note that breakfast in the bistro is not totally free. ”

”Great locations if you are seeing a show at the Saenger or Cresent. Staff was friendly, the place was eclectic, the drinks were spot on. Would stay again!”

”Ice maker inop. TV inop (actually, the TV was fine, but there were no stations). Couldn't receive WiFi in the room (though we could receive the WiFi from the Holiday Inn nearby). Broken toilet paper holder. Nowhere to hang a towel—I mean nowhere: no bar, no hook, anywhere in the bathroom or room. Ended up draping it over the TV, which was otherwise useless. On the other hand, the staff was super nice, and the courtyard was a nice place to hang out and have a drink when we arrived around...

”The front desk was greatly understaffed when a bus load of seniors arrived to check in. There was only one young man working and he was overwhelmed so the process was painfully slow for those of us waiting to check in after that group. When a manager (?) finally showed up, she started quizzing the young worker instead of jumping in to help. As far as the room goes, I suggest asking to be in the back building unless you want to start smelling the breakfast being cooked at 6am. Lastly, checkout...
